All Piaget's watchmaking expertise and know-how in Haute Joaillerie are expressed through these exceptional timepieces created in the heart of the Manufacture. This Emperador cushion-shaped model thus houses the 856P ultra-thin complication movement combining a double time-zone display and a perpetual calendar with retrograde displays for the date and the days, and conventional displays for the months and leap years. In order to emphasize this technical virtuosity, the indications appear on a particularly elegant black mother-of-pearl dial which is itself highlighted by a halo of light. The case (including the profiles), the hour-markers, the rim of the sapphire case-back, the clasp and even the oscillating weight visible through the transparent back are all richly set with baguette-cut and brilliant-cut diamonds. Over 100 hours of development were required to create this numbered timepiece with diamonds totaling 15.3 carats.
